1. Definitions

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, and the entire balance — including any winnings — will be forfeited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

3.3 You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the taya125 Platform. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under local law is not permitted and may constitute a violation of applicable law in your jurisdiction.

3.4 Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of taya125 or its affiliated entities are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming activities on the Platform.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 To access real-money games on taya125, you must register a Player Account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. taya125 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on taya125. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared payment method, or shared device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya125 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 4.4 Prior to the processing of any cash withdrawal, taya125 requires completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 taya125 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa debit/credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) with no currency conversion fees applied by taya125.

5.2 Deposits are generally processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer processing times depend on the individual bank's internal processing schedule and may take up to one (1) business day.

5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed by taya125 within the timeframes specified at the time of the request. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

5.4 taya125 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, at its sole discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.5 Funds deposited into your taya125 Account must be used for gaming purposes. The use of the Platform purely as a payment processing intermediary — depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay — is strictly prohibited and may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

5.6 All payment instruments used to deposit on taya125 must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 taya125 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rebates, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms are outlined in this section.

6.2 Bonus funds credited to your taya125 Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonus balances will be removed from your Account without compensation.

6.4 taya125 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already begun fulfilling the wagering requirements for that bonus.

6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional errors, or using low-variance betting strategies to systematically extract bonus value — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Each game available on the taya125 Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

7.2 Game outcomes on taya125 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live games, and by physical dealing or spinning mechanics for live dealer games, all subject to independent certification and testing standards.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, taya125 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's real money balance. The decision of taya125 with regard to any technical malfunction is final.

7.4 Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change. Bets placed prior to an odds change will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed, unless the bet was placed in error due to an obvious pricing mistake, in which case taya125 reserves the right to void the bet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya125 Platform:

• Chip dumping — intentionally losing chips or credits to another Account to transfer value.

• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8.1 taya125 employs real-time risk management and fraud detection systems. Any Account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and the entire balance forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the taya125 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface designs — is the proprietary property of taya125 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by taya125 is governed by the taya125 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

10.2 By registering on taya125, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing for KYC verification, transaction monitoring, customer support, and direct marketing communications (where you have opted in).

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit taya125's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 taya125 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

13.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., violation of these Terms), any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be subject to investigation before disbursement. Balances connected to fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

13.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their taya125 Account may do so by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to KYC completion) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

14. Amendments to These Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

15.3 Online gaming disputes that cannot be resolved directly with taya125 may be escalated to PAGCOR through their official dispute resolution channels as the governing regulatory body for Philippine online gaming.
